Academy Award winner Philip Seymour Hoffman and Academy Award nominee Laura Linney deliver unforgettable performances in this hilarious coming-of-middle-age story from Oscar-nominated director Tamara Jenkins.
Reviews:
Seeing Philip Seymour Hoffman and Laura Linney work together is the equivalent of watching Hoffman and Streep in the early '80s. They're pretty much America's best character actors, and writer/director Tamara Jenkins was wise to procure their services as siblings forced to come together and care for their loathsome father. Jenkins' screenplay rightfully garnered an Oscar nod; we still can't believe it lost to friggin' Juno. In Stores Now.
