Reviews:

''This Is Somewhere'' is Grace Potter and the Nocturnals' second studio album and first major record label release. It was released on August 7, 2007. The song ''"Apologies"'' has been featured on the TV-shows Kyle XY, One Tree Hill, and Brothers & Sisters, and the song ''"Falling or Flying"'' has been featured on Grey's Anatomy and ER. The album debuted at #119 on the Billboard Top 200 the week of August 25, 2007 and at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart - Wikipedia

The name might sound like they headline at From Dusk 'til Dawn's "T*tty Twister" tavern, but the music couldn't be less vampire-orgy appropriate. Potter's soulful drawl'"she's from Vermont, the epicenter of soulful drawls'"makes potentially inane subject matter (baking cookies) ring with truth. Even better, when they're called upon to do so, her folksy band is more than willing to let it rip on the ol' distortion pedals.
