Not everyone has the temerity (or cashflow) of DTF labelmates Darkest Hour, who opted to record one of their recent Swedish death metal homages in Sweden. Chicagos plenty grim and frigid, though, and this metalcore quintet conjures the dark, melodic sweeps of yore just fine there.
